Meaning of jihâd has been more often equated with a form of terrorism and even lead to kriminilisme. Worse, the label with negative image led to the emergence of a negative stigma against the teachings of the religion of Islam in general. As a result, there is excessive negative treatment against Islamic faiths in the discourse of international relations, both in terms of state or individual. Therefore, the mediation of the diverse teachings of jihâd in proportion the original is considered very urgent. However, the most important at this time is redefined jihâd orientation concentrate on winning against ignorance and poverty eradication and is no longer in physical victory.

Cancellation of marriage isoneway of breaking the bond of marriagewhose requirement and principle are flawed. In the provisions of article 71 letter (a), the Islamic law compilation says that polygamous marriage can be cancelled if it does not meet the requirement. The main requirement in that provision is there is permit of religious courts. Beside that, in the KHI material making, most of literature used to be base is fiqh shâfi’iyyah idea. So, research about the base of provisions of article 71 letter (a) detterminaion use fiqh shâfi’iyyah. It is library research .Data is analyzed by content analysis. Then, it use descriptive comperative method patterned deductive reasoning. The research concludes that Article 71 letter a KHI is the result of the framers KHI ijtihâd, not legal scholars product shâfi’iyyah. Relevance to the fiqh shâfi’iyyah schools located in the excavation methodology that focuses on the legal aspects of the achievement of beneficiaries and preventive measures on the incidence of damage.

Al-Mushtarâk al-Lafz?î (homonymy) are some of the same word, both written and pronunciation form, but has different meaning. For example, the word can mean snake venom is berhomonimi words that can mean up to it, can. In Arabic, the word (???) can significantly towards the west (?????) and also significantly bucket (?????). Another example, the word (????) has three meanings, namely: (1) the father of the father/mother ??? ????) / ??? ????), (2) part, good fortune (???? - ?????), (3) the banks of the river (???? ?????). Homonym (al-mushtarâk al-lafz?î) in Arabic, not only in the words, but also can occur in a sentence. In a scientific study balaghah, homonym is called the Jinas, the similarity of two different words meaning. In other words, a word that used in different places and have different meaning. In general, al-jinâs divided into two kinds, namely: jinâs tâm and jinâs ghairu tâm. A good understanding of the homonymy of language, especially Arabic to avoid ambiguity and distortion of the message contained in the utterance or sentence.

The problem of linguistic in studying Arabic for non-Arabic (Indonesian students), especially in the case of affixation or in Arabic known as Tasrif. This is a fundamental difference in the process Tasrif both in Arabic and Indonesian. Competence to compare the two languages is a must for teachers of Arabic, so that the obstacles encountered can be solved immediately. So that the learning process can be run effectively and efficiently.

The book of S?ahîh? Muslim is consideral in the next stage after S?ahîh? Muslim. Eventthough, in some cases, it is considered in equal stage or preferred. The title of the book is realated to the name of the author, Muslim while the title initially is Jâmi’ al-S?ahîh? whwn is was writted at the beginning of the third century A.H. this article describes some aspect of the book. One of the main elements of the book is the personal and intellectual integrities of the author that secured the hadits collected. The hadits were collected in line of restricted requirement, both of transmintters and texts sides. The book is composed thoroughly and systematically. In spite of the eminent of the book, there are less confusing hadits that the qualities of texts or chain of transmitters were still debatable.
